James Harris, P.E., S.E., Ph.D., NAE
Jim is well versed in structural engineering practice and research. He has designed or evaluated thousands of structures ranging from dwellings to high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, buildings in the highest seismic zones, excavation bracing, renovations of historic buildings, and many others.
Ben Cook, P.E., S.E., C.W.I., F.SEI
Ben has performed a wide range of structural engineering services including new building design, existing building rehabilitation and repair design, foundation evaluation, structural load testing, condition assessment, feasibility studies, and seismic evaluation and rehabilitation of existing structures. In addition to engineering, Ben is also a Certified Welding Inspector.
Gene R. Stevens, P.E., S.E., F.SEI
Gene has over 45 years of structural engineering experience. For the past 39 years he has specialized in the behavior and response of existing structures to earthquakes, assessed distress, damaged or understrength buildings and designed structural repairs and rehabilitations.
Kenneth W. Cobb, P.E., S.E.
Ken has participated in the structural design and construction of numerous building projects. His structural engineering experience includes the design of commercial and industrial buildings, schools, pedestrian bridges, excavation bracing, and single and multi-family residences. He has evaluated distress from expansive soils in thousands of structures and prepared designs to remediate such damage.
Jennifer S. Davis, P.E.
Jennifer has design experience with various structural materials including wood, steel, concrete, and masonry for both commercial and residential applications. In addition to her design experience, she has performed field observation and inspection work for numerous multi-family residential structures during construction and has worked with contractors to solve construction related issues.

Brian S. Wilson, E.I.T.
Brian has had extensive experience in project management working in the military and civilian sectors. He has been involved in planning and managing numerous construction projects totaling over $4 million. Projects ranged from construction of buildings, and bridges, to repairs of electrical, transportation and water infrastructure.
Moussa Sakouk
Moussa oversees financial data and compliance by maintaining accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. He performs daily accounting tasks such as general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. In addition to that, Moussa assists with numerous HR duties.
